Wildlife work governed by Ontario law and a calendar, insect work governed by a season, and one that is almost always a water problem wearing a different hat.

Mice & rats
Exclusion first, baiting second. The autumn move indoors starts with the first cold nights and the field mice arrive from every direction here.
$225–$575 Inspection, exclusion of found entry points, monitored follow-up -
Wasps & hornets
Same-day removal through the August and September peak. Decks, soffits, and the in-wall colonies that must never be sealed in.
$150–$400 Single accessible nest, treated and removed -
Wildlife removal
Raccoons, squirrels, bats and skunks. Removal is the easy half; the law and the roofline decide whether it stays solved.

Bats
Escarpment country is bat country. One-way exclusion done outside the maternity window — and a protected species that must not be killed.
$500–$3,500 Survey, one-way exclusion, sealing; scale depends on the roofline -
Raccoons & squirrels
Attics, soffits and chimneys. Humane removal with the babies accounted for, and a one-kilometre relocation limit that makes exclusion the only method that works.

Cluster flies
The signature autumn problem of this region. A September exterior treatment beats six months of vacuuming windowsills.

Bed bugs
Discreet, unmarked, and built around short-turnaround rental property as well as homes. Confirmed identification before anyone treats anything.
$400–$1,200 Per unit, by method and number of rooms; follow-ups included -
Ants
Carpenter ants follow moisture into wood. Finding the water is most of the job — the ants are the symptom.
$300–$800 Inspection, treatment and follow-up; higher with a satellite nest in structure -
Cockroaches
Almost always German cockroach, almost always arrived in something carried in. In a shared building it is never one unit's problem.
$200–$600 Per unit, gel bait program with two follow-ups; multi-unit quoted per building -
Spiders & crawlers
Spiders, centipedes, earwigs, silverfish and sowbugs. Nearly always a moisture and harbourage problem wearing an insect costume.
$200–$620 Exterior perimeter with interior harbourage treatment; seasonal repeat optional
