Book an inspection
For active wasps or anything in a living space, call — that is a same-day response, not an appointment. For everything else an inspection is booked within 48 hours and you get the findings in writing whether or not you hire us.
What to have ready
- What you have actually seen, and where in the building you saw it.
- When it started, and whether it is worse at a particular time of day.
- Roughly when the building was built, and whether it has had additions.
- Whether the property is lived in year-round, seasonal, or a short-term rental.
- Photographs — of the insect or the droppings, and of the outside of the wall or roof where you think it is getting in.
Call, do not email, if
- There is an active wasp or hornet nest anywhere people are walking past it.
- Someone in the household has a known sting allergy.
- A bat has been in a room with a sleeping person, a child, or a pet — do not release it, contain it and call your public health unit.
- There is an animal trapped in a wall, a chimney or a ceiling.
- You have found what you believe are bed bugs and you have guests or tenants arriving.
