A few details

Where did you see it?

When did it start?

Who else is in the building?

What you saw, how many, and whether anything has been tried already. Optional. Photographs can follow by email.

How to reach you

A phone number or an email address — one is enough. We use it to answer this enquiry and nothing else.

Or call (249) 499-4991. Mon–Sat 7am–7pm

What you get before you book anything

Three promises. Two of them cost us work.

Every exterminator in the county offers a free inspection. It commits them to nothing, and it is usually a sales visit with a clipboard. These are the parts we have to do either way.

The fix gets named, not just the spray

Where they are getting in, what it is about the building that lets them, and what has to change to close it — named before anybody prices a treatment.

Most of what closes a mouse problem permanently is carpentry and steel wool, not pesticide, and you are entitled to know that before anybody quotes you a spray programme.

Nothing on the vehicle says pest control

Unmarked vans, plain clothing, and no signage left behind. On a short-term rental or a restaurant this is the whole job.

Your neighbours do not need to know. Neither do your guests, and neither does anybody driving past on the day you are trying to sell the place.

We will tell you to wait when waiting is right

Sealing a bat colony in July traps the flightless young inside the wall. We will not book it, whatever it costs us in work.

The same applies to a wasp nest that is about to die on its own in October, and to a single mouse in a garage in November. Some of what looks urgent is seasonal and resolves without a treatment.

None of these is about the pesticide. The treatment warranty belongs on the quote and it is worth reading. These are what you get before you have decided anything.
